The whole thing is written in scheme using the PLT Scheme environment. I used extensively the information at NTLM Authentication Scheme for HTTP and the sources of 'NTLM Authorization Proxy Server' v.0.9.8. by Dmitry Rozmanov for the NTLM authentication part.

The name KIPT was invented by my PR consultant, ice.

The design of the site is based on (deliberately stolen from) the site of BitlBee, an IRC to other chat networks gateway, which I'm a serious user of.
